Rules for The 6th World Apostolic Congress on Mercy participants staying in private homes
1. Accommodation availability
You acknowledge and agree that the organisers may not be able to arrange a suitable homestay for you during the Congress. You will be informed of your accommodation status via the contact details you provided by February 1, 2026. If a homestay cannot be arranged, the organisers bear no responsibility and you will be required to arrange accommodation independently.
2. Use and sharing of personal data
Sutinkate, kad surinktus jūsų asmens duomenis organizatoriai (duomenų valdytojas ir tvarkytojas – Tradicinė religinė bendruomenė ar bendrija Vilniaus arkivyskupija, juridinio asmens kodas 192059489 , adresas Šventaragio g. 4, Vilnius) naudotų identifikavimo ir susiekimo su jumis tikslu, ir sutinkate, kad jūsų vardą, adresą ir telefono numerį organizatoriai perduotų šeimininkui, o jums perduotų šeimininko kontaktus, kuriais jūs tarpusavyje susisieksite tiesiogiai. Visi surinkti duomenys yra saugomi teisėto intereso pagrindu ir tvarkomus asmens duomenis tvarkome vienus metus nuo registracijos į renginį.
3. Personal responsibility
You agree that you are personally responsible for your own safety and the security of your belongings during your stay. The organisers are not liable for any harm, loss or damage that may occur and do not assume responsibility for the conduct or actions of the host.
4. 4. Direct agreement with the host
All specific arrangements related to your stay (e.g., arrival and departure times, meals, use of facilities) must be agreed directly between you and your assigned host. The organisers are not involved in these arrangements and do not act as representatives of either party.
